About the author

Vinuthan S is a Mechanical Engineer from AIT Chikkamagalur whose passion for education sparked a journey in 2001. In 2010, he founded VASISTA Eduventures, focusing on after-school learning. He has since pioneered programs in Vedic Maths and Tarka Shastra, trained over 1,000 teachers, and empowered 20,000+ students across India. Through his franchise network, he has also mentored many — especially women — to become successful entrepreneurs.

A seeker, writer, and lifelong student of the Bhagavad Gītā, Vinuthan draws from India’s ancient wisdom to address modern challenges. Though not from the pharmaceutical field himself, listening to friends in pharma revealed how their daily struggles — targets, rejections, and resilience — reflect Arjuna’s battlefield.

Karma Yogi: The Gītā for the Pharma Warrior is his offering: a bridge between timeless wisdom and professional life, written in gratitude to the Gītā and to the warriors in pharma who inspired it.
